Headlight and Lens Protection Warranty

A TOUCH OF CLASS, INC. ("ATOC"), warrants that when the ResistAll¨ Plusª ("Product") is PROPERLY AND PROFESSIONALLY applied by a Certified Installer to an area of YOUR VEHICLE ("Protected Surface"), then if the Protected Surface is broken or cracked by road debris, ATOC will restore or replace the damaged area of the Protected Surface of YOUR VEHICLE as provided in this LIMITED WARRANTY.

Paint Protection Warranty A TOUCH OF CLASS, INC. ("ATOC"), warrants that when the ResistAll¨ Plusª ("Product") is PROPERLY AND PROFESSIONALLY applied by a Certified Installer to an area of YOUR VEHICLE ("Protected Surface"), then if the painted Protected Surface is damaged, resulting in a chipped, pitted or stained paint finish, caused by road debris and/or bugs, ATOC will restore or replace the damaged area of the Protected Surface of YOUR VEHICLE as provided in this LIMITED WARRANTY.

EXCEPTIONS TO THIS LIMITED WARRANTY: THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO: Pre-existing conditions or damage caused by collision, acts of abuse, vandalism, fire, flood, wind, lightning, hail, alterations, misuse, negligence, Product care other than that recommended in this LIMITED WARRANTY; scratches, tears, burns, acids, harsh or corrosive chemicals, Product peeling; any modification to the Product once it has been applied, acts which would cause abnormal discoloration or deterioration; surface rust, crazing; VEHICLE manufacturer defects and/or items covered in the VEHICLE manufacturer warranty or your insurance policy; any damage that has caused the VEHICLE's body to bend, dent or dimple, or that has caused the composite material or fiberglass to dent, crater or crack; Protected Surface that ATOC has previously restored, painted, or replaced, and Product that ATOC has previously reapplied.
